You can only work on the karma. Never on the result.
Some karmic debts have to be repaid. A small act of selfless karma, given again and again, without asking for anything back, can reduce how heavy it is to carry. It does not cancel the debt. It only makes the weight of it easier to bear.
In this family, one debt began in a jungle. Another began in a courtroom. Neither has finished asking to be repaid.
